Some experimenting i have been doing with the HDR technique.

Sunday is the time when me and Dad really talk around .He is a busy man so its pretty much Sunday , the Son and Father on the table day.

Today was filled with 3 instances that i feel like sharing.

1.) Morning, 11: 00 a.m- I was going to leave for a friends place.Dint create much hype about it so Mom  & Dad dint knew about it till i started to look neat( read Dressed).

Dad- ” where are you going, its Sunday, I’ll get bored, who will I box around with!”

2.) Evening, 8 :30 p.m- Mom and Dad were going outside for dinner. I decide to take a break from my pile up of work and join them for dinner. I was searching for some socks when Dad shows up.

Dad-”Take mine from the cupboard”

to which i ACCIDENTALLY reply,

Me-” Dad, we shouldn’t take each others sex”.

He nods, smiles and goes to the other room.

*Socks and Sex do sound similar though if you have an Indian accents*

10: 00 pm-

Before this one, I’d like to share a fact that as a kid i was really fascinated by kites. There wasn’t a day during  summer time in my school time that i wouldn’t have a kite in the sky.My head would always be pointed up towards the sky, looking at kites. The first thing i used to do after coming home from school was to get on the roof and fly that kite high up in the sky.Sunburns were so common.

I still have a part of that kid in me.

Now, coming back from the dinner, Me and Dad were walking up the stairs to our floor after having a sumptuous South Indian meal.The moonlight lightened up the clouds tonight in a very pleasant and a smooth tone.I was looking at them when Dad says.

Dad- “Always fond of the sky haa? always looking up. I remember the days when your head used to be that way all day , looking at kites in the sky”

Me-” It should always be that way Dad. Looking forward and high.”

Dad-”True”

Me-” Unless when you are walking ofcourse, you gotta look down then.”

This morning began with a text from my friend that she would be late today(wont use again here) and wont be able to pick me up in her car and i will have to find my own means to make it to college, a usual morning.Anyways,i was already following this ‘expected’ schedule so i got ready in time to leave for my Final Practical Exam.

Got my jacket on,threw the bag on my shoulders and rumbled down the stairs to get a rickshaw to the metro station.

Delhi Po-leaze has recently installed a x-ray gizmo here at Karol Bagh Metro Station.I saw the scheduled time for the train towards Dwarka(8:12) when i got up the stairs to the ticket counters and it was 8:11 already when i last threw my gaze at the watch…so i rushed up to the “X-Ray Gizmo” and threw my bag onto the converyor belt that takes your stuff through that lil cave.As i saw it dissapear behind the curtains the po-leaze guy behind the video game console shouted to the guy in front of me waiting for his bag to come out.

P-ze guy-”aee!!…ismain to chaikuu hai??“

G.i.L.f(guy in the line in frontofme) *hesitated*-”kya..haii..chaku??“

P-ze guy-”ruko udhar hi!..ismain chaikuu hai…tu idhar hai“

G.i.L.f-”aree….haan chaaiku ..wo dissection ka chaikuu hai..“*gives a smile*

P-ze-*little moment of silence* “chaikuu hai naa!!..idhar aa!!“

He took the guy away and and i failed to notice anymore.Obviously i missed the train,so i just casually walked up to the platform…and waited..

I got on the train,slept halfway through my journey and finally ended up at Tagore Garden Metro Station “”fifteen minutes”"(read FIF-TEA-EEN) later.Rickshaws are waiting beneath the station (their excitement gives u a lil but certain sense of importance in this little world).Anyways…

I catch the sight of the first rickshawala and ask him…

He interupts me with a sudden burst of abruptness…

R.P.G-”baitho“

He rushes as if he has a Final Practical Exam to attend too,zig-zagging his way through the morning traffic.Suddenly..

*crank crunk bang*

The chain comes off.He gets down with an optimistic body language,puts the chain back in place,hops back up and starts paddling again.Another paddle,and

*crank crank kuwitzzz*

It comes off again.I notice that the chain wheel has come off.

He looks at me as if >I< had something to do with it.Ok,first of all i had nothing against him + secondly even if it was an  “accidental” mistake…” “What can a 47kg guy do to a rickshaw in the first place?“

I quickly hop off,give the guy a 100 Rp note,he gives me back 100Rp in change ,i give him back 10 bucks back and wave my hand for the next one.

Soon i find one too.

R.P.G 2-”chalo“

I hop on and this guy takes me on a “cruise in a rickshaw through Madipur“. Gently moving his rickshaw in the middle of the road(i guess the “cruise” is a favourite among the locals there,you can sometimes find a whole family taking one,mommy on the seat next to her brother,son on the rod in front,sister on the back seat,her daughter beside her,her brother on the paddling seat,his friend on the bucket attached to the handle,Papa paddling the rickshaw and the dog on the canopy.And WITH all of this,everyone chewing on a steamed Corn).Anyways,5-6 minutes into the cruise , a guy waves to the rickshaw,the “rickshaw guy” asks me…

R.P.G 2-”bitha loon..?“

I fail to notice the look of the guy but he has a shirt on(and yea PANTS too) and a chinese mobile phone( a “zigmo i call it”) in his hand blasting out NOISE.

It ends SOON and then the “song that made my morning” hits up.

I laugh like a crazy selfish bastard within myself with the voice inside me goin like:

crazy selfish voice inside me-”next one! next one!“

Sadly,he doesnt allow the “Dawn” to be recognized by many and changes the song to a “kill the crazy bastardly selfish mood” one.

I get off at the college gate,give the R.P.G 2 a 10Rp note and pass a smile to the guy who made my morning, he doesnt notice the smile,and it suddenly fades away, but i still walk away with a smile within myself cause you don’t always have to be noticed .

All the hands that you ever held with me
gave us the warmth that bloomed the world around…
the brotherhood we thought that we would save
instead made us dumb…and i can hear no more sounds???

But i guess…we did all that we can
and we gave everyone the best we could…
but then…you and i have to go in the end
still to be buried along each other hand in hand…

But im happy that we atleast made this one home
between just the two of us…
two souls,two hearts and two minds together
lets hope that someone will learn from us…

Lets hope that this will last forever
even when we have no more life to strengthen it…

1. Learn French,German or at least one foreign language…progress??…nothing more than a couple of SWEARS is what i have learned in german,french,romanian…etc..dint join any classes.
2. Join some guitar classes so as to GAIN some knowledge on the theory part…progress??for these 2 months i was playing medleys on my reduced 5 stringer….got the strings renewed today…ok..WHEN DOES THE PRACTICE START??..PS:when i broke the HIGH ‘e ‘string of the electric i removed the string from my acoustic and put it up there…soon the electric ‘e’ broke again…but luckily…it tripped from the knobs…so i was able to put it back on my acoustic…

3. Make some SCIENCE project…*sigh n ends*

4.Try to gain some weight….ahh…whatever…

THINGS n THINGIES i did this summer:-

1. Slept for 15-16 hours for the couple of days in the starting…aha…THOSE WERE THE DAYS!!..did nothing else…
2. Slept on the ledge 2 floors up in a non conscious state…wont go into details…
3. Attended 2 kick ass gigs…one of them was V LAUNCHPAD…ALMOST GOT ELECTROCUTED!!
4. Bike accident…managed to get out safely..unlucky Sush…was sitting on the back seat…his TOE NAIL got UNTOED…*sowwie Sush *
5. Tried to catch a lizard so as to have it as a pet..unsuccessful
6. Went missing for a night…phone gave up…37 missed calls later was back home…
7. Calculated the length of the longest hair in my beard..9 cms.. :-p
8. Opening day kite record…8-5 ..yeha baby…
9. Explored the DEPTHS of psychedelic rock for 2 months …downloaded ALL the top 100 LISTED psychedelic rock songs ever made…+++100′s of others…
10. Recorded one song…which till now has been on an *IMPRESSED FRIENDS* streak…PS:i was sleeping with my head on the guitar during more than half of the recording…
11. All movies sucked to the core this summer…fell asleep during FANTASTIC 4.
12. Visited INDIA GATE around 8 times with peeps…as far as i remember.
13. Broke my LIVESTRONG arm band while trying to use it as a GUITAR CAPO!!!   PS:those who dont know what a capo is…well..find it out…cause i miss my LIVESTRONG!!

FAaaaaak..!!!holidays ovah!!!

LAST NIGHT:Around 3 a.m …i got up after a what i would like to call a “WEAK DINNERS CALL”… …opened the refri door and thought of making what my Mom does best…an icy MANGO SHAKE!!

So…i lead to the kitchen with the INGREDIENTS…without thinking anything..pull out a knife from the shelf and with a confused frame of mind tell to myself…”HOW TO DO THIS?”…*should have helped Mom in the kitchen sometimes:(*…nevertheless…i pull out a PEELER..:D…and happily start PEELING the mango…and as UGLY you could think of..it did turn out that way…NEVERTHELESS again…compose myself and try to listen to my STOMACHS CALL FOR FOOD!!!…around fifteen minutes into the peeling …i finally finish it up…cut out small pieces and dump em into the blender…pour some milk…and…

*Ques.)What mistake is a person most likely to make when he/she is operating a blender for the first time??*

press the MAGIK button…the next thing i notice is that there is milk all over the shelf and other utensils and my MANGO SHAKE in its first PRELIMINARY STAGES is spilling beyond its TERRITORY!!..the fuckin lid is somewhere behind me…*NOW I REALIZE ITS A PART OF ITS WORKING*…NEVERTHELESS…i put on the lid and press the MAGIK button again….blending away to mouth slurping glory…finally i finish with it…obviously i leave the mess as it is…pour the contents of the jug into the tallest glass available…pour in some ice…close the door and leave…

Trying hard to refresh my mind…It was MATHS class as i far as i remember…sometime in the beginning of the second semester,a so called GAME between ME and TREVOR highlighted that last page…ALTERNATE words smudged by both of us in hope to make up a story and somehow not get bored in that lecture…

It reads…(i started it i.e i wrote the first word and TREVOR second and so on…)

“The earth wants many bastards who want to feel the sensual body of women who do not have their babies but who like making pies and are not gay but like having gays as their husbands.Yet, they dance to SHALABH’s music which is gay but sensual just like HASH’s guitar which laughs at SHALABH’s friends AKSHAY’s neighbor who is now wearing nothing but ice cream which AKSHAY snatched last-night from SHALABH.Now TREVOR loves gays who live life gayishly but still is gay not like HASH but he licks (*Trevor trying to fightback*) pizzas with pepperoni in beer and says,”DOH!!,STYUPID,WOHOOO,BURP” so….”
