A short poem i started 10:16 p.m and finished at 10:36 p.m dated march 05,2007.

Across The Water

I started as a fool on this road

in the beginning being guided all the way

it was not me that tried to walk it safe

it was just everyone around me to say

People seemed to walk with me away into this lake

road that led to it i called life

i had to take away myself from me

in order to be just safe

Smiling faces,crying ones

even the ones which showed me crap

drowned with me in this lake i sank in

deeper than i thought

So,

soon enough i made a boat of myself

a boat with my soul on

drowned some and rescued so many

it grew big,to be just gone

The colors on it, they just kept on changing

bloomed to die again

but everytime they bloomed,they gave me life

gave me life to be just the same

And through many waves of love and pain

something that always rises strong

is the light that shines on that road

still keeps on shining,no matter how far i have gone

And now when im back on the road again

realising im on the other side

the waves they still wash at my feet

sometimes causing pain

But as i move and as i stroll around

kicking pebbles on the way

the waves they now just echo on

and i see myself again…

PPS:I have been trying to edit this and GET the smileys working…but they just arent smileying today.. (hope this one comes right!! )..<<<or maybe this one too)

PPPS:ok..i figured it out..it was the ”        ” spaces    wohoOOOOOOO!
